StabFrame loaded out for Waimea, Brazil
LDD has completed the load-out of a sub-sea piling spread onto the Aker Wayfarer for Wellstream, with the equipment destined for piling operations for Wellstream on OGX's Waimea Field, offshore Brazil.
Working with Sister Operating Company, MENCK, equipment including: LDD 84" StabFrame (sub-sea piling frame), LDD 84" Pinned Lifting Tools and MENCK MHU500T hammer package for under-water pile driving, has been supplied for the installation of 10No. 84" FPSO anchor piles in 140m.
Piling operations are expected to commence on site during July 2011.
