Together with sister operating company MENCK, LDD can provide world class foundation installion services using the Drive/Drill/Drive or 3D technique. Using this technique, piles are driven to initial set, followed by drilling out inside the pile and creation of an open socket below the pile toe to target elevation. Final redrive into the open socket can achieve pile drive to target elevation in more challenging ground conditions where driving alone is not sufficient or pile installation fatigue becomes a limiting factor..
