A jacket levelling tool (JLT) is typically used to ensure a safe and cost-effective means of levelling jackets to the horizontal tolerances required.
This product saves significant crane and vessel time by allowing the crane and vessel to carry out other works whilst the jacket is being levelled in a controlled way.
The JLT can be deployed subsea or above water, depending on the type of jacket structure. It is usually fitted with a shackle for connection to the structure but can also be fitted with a gripper to grab the structure.
This product includes a range of power packs and hose reels to suit the different levelling capacities and types.
Pile gate systems are designed to position and maintain verticality of offshore piles either standalone or used in combination with the Stabframe subsea pile guide frame to achieve reliable installation accuracy.
Pile gate systems can be designed to suit jack-up or floating installation vessels with the option of motion compensation and a range of sensors and monitoring equipment. From simple cantilevered systems to full leader systems to transfer pile weight to seabed, pile gate assemblies may incorporate full hydraulic adjustment for pile verticality and gripping and lifting systems for supporting the pile without cranes, holding the pile back to control penetration or pushing the pile into the seabed to assist pile advancement.
The StabFrame enables safe and accurate piling in water depths to 2000m, offering offshore construction companies a reliable, efficient and cost-effective way to ensure that every subsea pile-driving operation goes to plan.
Designed to DNV-OS-C20 guidelines, the StabFrame can adjust to varying and shifting soil conditions. All StabFrames can be adapted to suit any kind of seabed geology by the addition of levelling systems and mud mat extensions. The StabFrame’s modular design allows it to be transported via conventional ISO freight containers, contributing to cost efficiencies.
Features:
StabFrame-H: A typical pile support frame opens at a pre-determined depth, but the StabFrame-H is operated via a work-class remotely operated vehicle (WROV), which negates the requirement for an automated release system.
StabFrame-S: The StabFrame-S is a slotted frame, allowing the anchor lug on the pile to feed through the frame. The frame itself has a fail-safe opening option, in case unexpected soil conditions are encountered.
