This management system allows LDD to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide services that meet customer, statutory and regulatory requirements. This aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continuous improvement.

Since start up in 2007, LDD has maintained this focus, giving us an enviable safety record and acting as a clear differentiator over our competitors. LDD is actively working towards the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Systems standards, this allows us to:

  • Enhance all aspects of our environmental performance;
  • Fulfil all compliance obligations
  • Help in the achievement of environmental objectives
  • Develop an environmental management plan for every project

To date LDD has a BREEAM certified development for its new Workshop and Office in Cornwall, and we have completed a full ESOS audit to meet the EU Energy Efficiency Directive (2012/27/EU).
