In order to achieve LDD’s goal of providing quality services and products delivered in an environmentally responsible manner:

LDD is committed to continuous monitoring of its performance and striving for continuous improvement in all aspects of quality, operations and personnel;

Complying with all legislation and statutory duties, as well as meeting industry and British, Australian and other relevant international standards;

LDD’s management recognises that the long term success of the company requires commitment and involvement of all LDD employees. LDD employees will be given appropriate information, instruction, supervision and training to enable them to perform all relevant work activities;

Provide sufficient and suitable resources to ensure conformity of product;

Wherever possible increase productivity through the introduction of new innovation and technology, the methodological use of appropriate procedures and processes will reduce waste and cost;

Objectives and targets will be set on an annual basis and progress towards them monitored;

LDD’s commitments are the basis upon which we aim to achieve consistent customer satisfaction and performance criteria;

Management shall ensure the primary elements of this policy are implemented throughout the Company;

Identify the environmental aspects and impacts that our activities and those of our contractors have on the environment and minimise these through the adoption of appropriate working practices, engineering solutions and training as far as reasonably practicable;

Each individual has an obligation to take the necessary steps to prevent and minimise environmental impacts;

Every LDD employee and contractor will be given appropriate information, instruction, supervision and training as is necessary to enable them to contribute to reducing the identified aspects and impacts;

Adequate facilities and arrangements will be maintained to enable LDD’s employees, contractors and representatives to consult on and raise, environmental issues;

QHSE Manager is appointed to assist LDD in meeting its statutory duties including, where appropriate, specialists from outside organisations;

Objectives and targets will be set on an annual basis and progress against them monitored;

These policies will be regularly monitored to ensure that objectives are achieved. It will be reviewed and if necessary, revised in light of organisational changes or changes to applicable standards and legislation.
